The top dial – from the angle of the input jacks facing upwards – controls the level of the effect. Moving clockwise, the Cosmic Garbage piles up for buckets of captivating distorted character. The other dial controls the character of the fuzz, focusing on treble and aggression present in the signal. Spanning from all the way counterclockwise to all the way clockwise, the Mutual Aid can be dark, thumpy, and round, or bright, spikey, and in-your-face.
