Shipping policy

Stompbox.in will ship orders processed between Monday to Friday, placed and paid for before 6pm IST. All orders after the mentioned time will be processed the next business day.

All orders are carefully inspected and packed by our staff before dispatch, and we ensure your product reaches you safe and secure. All orders come with free transit insurance. Tracking information will be available after the product dispatches from our facility.

  • Domestic Shipping

All orders once dispatched usually take anywhere between 2 days to a week to reach their destination. We use courier companies which provide tracking information and keep you updated regarding the same after your placed order has been processed.

NOTE: Locations where private courier companies don't deliver, we have the option of shipping with India Post. If you opt for India Post shipping, we are not liable for delayed delivery or losses incurred in transit.

  • International Shipping

All International customers are important to us and we make sure our packing withstands international transport channels. International orders will ship via EMS or DHL. All tracking numbers will be emailed once the order is processed. International shipments are subject to import taxes and duties by the destination country upon receipt which is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Worldwide shipping may exclude a few brands, especially if the distributors are present in the country.

Note: All electronic equipment is sold under India power conditions and may require modifications or converters in other countries.

  • 'In stock' in India (Dispatch time 24-48 hours, 2-4 days or 4-7 days)

All Products with dispatch time 24-48 hours are in stock at our warehouse in Goa and products with dispatch time 2-4 days or 4-7 days are in stock with dealers/distributors across India. 

  • 'In stock' Import (Dispatch time 7-10, 10-14, 14-21 or 21-28 days)

All products with dispatch time over 7 days are imports and are in stock with manufacturers/dealers/distributors overseas.

Pre-orders/Special Orders usually take between 4-8 weeks, however due to import delays we can no longer give estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items. Pre-Orders can be canceled however will not be refunded and instead added to store credit. A Special Order cannot be canceled.

NOTE: All prices are inclusive of shipping, customs duty and taxes.

The dispatch timeframes are estimates, in rare cases delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Flight delays
  • National holidays or Festivals
  • Order fulfillment process
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
