Warranty
- To secure your purchase, we provide at least 1 warranty on all the products except NUX and BOSS products, which are inclusive of a 2-year warranty. The warranty period starts from the date you receive the product.
- Warranty claimed on the line of products imported by Divine Music will be taken care of by our technical department, and for all the products not imported by Divine Music, the warranty claims will be serviced by their respective dealer/distributor. Contact us for more details and information if you'd like to claim the warranty.
- Buyer must bear the shipping cost for claims after 48 hours of receiving the product; however, if there is a defect in the product encountered within 48 hours of receiving the product, then the shipping will be taken care of by us.
- Under the warranty period, if a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired/replaced within 4-6 weeks after the product reaches our facility. However, if the product needs to be sent overseas for repair/replacement, then it may take over 6 weeks, depending on various factors like part availability and transit time.
- Many companies send us the original boards as a replacement instead of the enclosures, and they will be installed by our technical support.
- The product will be exchanged or refunded in case it cannot be repaired, or a replacement is not available.
NOTE: Power supply adapters included with pedals & processors are not included under warranty terms.
Pre-orders / Special orders
Pre-orders and special orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refunds
- Refunds are only based on a manufacturing defect. Unwarranted or unsubstantiated reasons are not subject to refund. We’re an independent business, and we can’t do refunds for change-of-mind reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

No exchanges or refunds will be done if the product does not suit your requirements in terms of sound.
Please take videos available online as a reference or a guide to help you decide. The sound is subject to change with every setup. - You have 48 hours to raise a complaint for a manufacturing defect of an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your Bank/Card issuer’s policies.
Cancellations
There will be no cancellations or refunds if the ordered product(s) have a dispatch time of 24-48 hours. You have 48 hours to cancel the order for all products with an Estimated Dispatch Time of over 2 Business Days. A full refund will be initiated for cancellations within 6 hours of placing the order, and cancellations made after the 6-hour timeline up to 48 hours will attract a charge of 2.5%. Please notify us by email or WhatsApp about the cancellation. Any other cancellation method will not be accepted.
