With its quartet of knobs, the ODR-mini 2 is capable of everything from subtle coloration to tube-inspired grit and muscular crunch. Like other dirtboxes, Level adjusts the output of the pedal while Drive controls the amount of saturation. The Spectrum and Bass Cut knobs handle the EQ side. The Spectrum control enables you to cut or boost your bass and treble — simultaneously, leaving your midrange untouched, while Bass Cut provides a variable low-end sweep. This functionality means you maintain a natural, transparent sound while gaining the ability to ably cut through any mix. The ODR-mini 2's versatility lends it to lots of tweaking and the easy-to-see, glow-in-the-dark knobs make doing so easy work in dark studios and on dimly lit stages.
